Addicted to sugar, 5 keys to serve you urgently!

Eat less sweet

You have desires, impulses, sweet cravings and you want better control?
You are right, for know that, sugar, the more you eat, the more you'll want. First, it is important to understand why you have these cravings. I give you some tips to cure your sweet cravings!
Anyway, keep in mind that refined sugar is now the leading cause of many diseases related to our lifestyle. Diabetes, cholesterol increased, obesity, decreased immune function, cancer ...

The Sugar call the sugar

The first thing to know is that our body is not designed to eat refined sugars. When you eat something sweet, you make up your blood sugar (= sugar levels in the blood) abnormally high.
If this rate rises too high, it becomes dangerous. Your body, this highly sophisticated machine will then produce a hormone called insulin, whose role is to lower the blood sugar.
Plus you'll eat sugar, the more insulin will be strong, and blood sugar levels will drop ... And the result of all this is called a reactive hypoglycemia: a few hours after eating sugar, you will a blow bar and a craving, compulsive sweet cravings. So remember this phrase, I repeat all the time to my coached: sugar called sugar!

Top 5 of my tips to reduce your sugar intake

As you can see, it's important to stay away from refined and processed products. Weaning is a difficult journey it will take place in stages in order not to "explode" psychologically.
Here are my tips for overcoming personal consumption of excess sugar:
Gradually reduce your intake of simple carbohydrates (sodas, sweets, refined grains).
Identify good contributions in complex carbohydrates and fiber (whole grains, legumes, fruits).
Do a Detox (read my article on the mono-diet, a 3 day detox) that will help you tremendously in weaning.
If you really feel the need, prefer eating some sweet product after a meal.
People often ask me what I think sugar substitutes, including sweeteners. My advice is to get away from it as possible, especially aspartame, which despite claims by the authorities, is harmful to health.

Flee light products!

Some of my coached complained of not being able to lose or stabilize their weight. After a thorough review of their cases, I realized that these people were big consumers of sweeteners and light products.
If these products contain no or very few calories, they send the same answers as sugar to the body. They leave the doors wide open storage and maintain addiction sweetness.
Be sure to reduce significantly and failing, opt for natural sweeteners like stevia or agave syrup.
